About The Project

Salire Partners create powerful ROI calculation software tools for sales teams at companies such as Cisco and EMC. Salire’s tools help salespeople at these organizations model complex scenarios and demonstrate the cost savings that could result from investments in their infrastructure. Salire's clients are often big corporations with large sales teams. These teams need a central location to access the variety of tools Salire offers. Additionally, salespeople need an easy way to discover the tools that can help them do their jobs more effectively.

Fell Swoop worked with Salire to redesign a custom portal for tool users and the managers who oversee them. In our redesign we focused on methods for elevating educational information and for evangelizing and promoting the tools. We conducted a usability study with Cisco staff team members to gauge the effectiveness of our design and learn more about the unique needs and goals these highly valued sales teams require.

The design also needed to be repurposed for a number of Cisco’s clients. To support this goal we established a modular template based system that can be easily updated for any one of Salire’s clients. Everything from the structure of the page to the visual interface design was designed in a flexible and easy-to-update manner.
