Regence helps millions of people live healthier lives, and they wanted their website to reflect that, along with a move toward a mobile-first, responsive design strategy. But health insurance companies are among the least-trusted companies in the U.S. – so any move toward a modern design needed to support customer trust as well as deliver the features people really care about.
Kinetic, engaging, and customer-oriented
Starting with our Clarity Lab collaborative workshop, we worked closely with the Regence team to identify the top customer needs, then translate those needs into actionable content that would drive sign-ins. We had to cut directly through the clutter to give customers a very usable, very clear pathway to key content. Our mobile-first design strategy gave Regence the ability to prioritize – resulting in a clean, efficient and engaging home page on any device.
